Helen is amazingly knowledgeable and always strives to improve classes through her constant research and learning. By attending two small group classes per week for just over two years, my balance, coordination, core strength, posture and mobility have improved significantly. At the age of 57, and despite having severe arthritis in both knees, I feel stronger, fitter and more mobile than I have done for many years. Helen's classes are carefully structured and planned focusing each week on a specific part of the body, these small classes mean that Helen has an excellent understanding of everyone's strengths and limitations and is easily able to adapt and tailor her classes to meet individual needs.
Helen is patient and articulately explains each movement, adjusting and correcting when necessary.
I absolutely love her classes and look forward to attending each week.
