Do I need to be fit to start?

Not at all! We work with all levels, and everything is tailored to your body and your goals. If in doubt come and meet me have a chat.

What should I bring to a class?

Just comfortable clothes (normal work out gear), some water, and a mat if you prefer to use your own, although the studio is fully fitted with mats/blocks and everything you need.

I have an injury/health condition. Can I still join?

Yes — we'll always adapt movements to suit you. Safety and confidence come first.

Are classes suitable for all ages?

Absolutely. Our focus is on posture, mobility, and strength, which are important at every age. Everything I teach can be modified to all abilities.
